MISSION
The mission of the Headquarters Marine Corps Information Technology Center is to provide appropriate information resources, computing, and networking tools and services in order to facilitate day-to-day business processes of the Headquarters Marine Corps customers.
VISION
The HQMC Information Technology Center Help Desk is dedicated to providing high quality and efficient day-to-day support for HQMC IT Center technology pr oducts and services across our customer base. We strive to resolve a customer's issue on first contact. When this is not possible, we will promptly communicate the issue to the appropriate section within HQMC IT Center, and provide the expected turnaround time to the customer. We will continually improve our services by acting upon customer feedback and by implementing new tools and technologies to better serve our customer base.
