Mission

The Publishing and Logistics Management Branch (ARD) provides HQMC with publishing and printing support, audio visual and graphical services, copier and facsimile devices (including maintenance services), and facility maintenance/renovation support services for both the Pentagon and Naval Support Facility - Arlington (NSF-A). ARD also conducts detailed reviews and approves HQMC generated directives, records, and forms. In addition, ARD is responsible (Marine Corps-wide) for records, reports, directives, forms, printing management programs and reprographics equipment policy.

Send Form to Pentagon Force Protection Agency at pfpa.pentagon.oem.mbx.covid19@mail.mil and copy to HQMC Operations Center Watch Officer at hqmc.mcc2@usmc.mil
- In the Subject line, include “CUI: CONTAINS PII”
- Under ‘Options’, click on ‘Request a Delivery Receipt’ and ‘Encrypt’
- If unable to send an encrypted e-mail to the above email address, please send the DD Form 3112 via DoD Safe (CAC-enabled site). Once in DoD SAFE, choose “Drop-Off” and also check the box next to “Encrypt every file” before sending the form. Create a passphrase and provide that passphrase to the recipient in a separate e-mail.

Notify your leadership
Enact appropriate distributed workforce and quarantine actions
A PFPA representative will respond immediately with further instructions to include Cleaning options and CDC guidance
