The Travel Section serves as the focal point for Temporary Assigned Duty (TAD), Civilian Permanent Change of Station (PCS), and the Government Charge Card (GOVCC) for HQMC Staff Agencies and Directorates.

The Payroll Section serves as the HQMC System Administrator (SA) and as a Marine Corps representative to the Change Control Board for the Standard Labor Data Collection and Distribution Application (SLDCADA).  Furthermore, as the Customer Service Representative (CSR) for the Defense Civilian Pay System (DCPS), Payroll coordinates civilian payroll matters between HQMC and the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS).
